Emterra Group in Winnipeg is seeking a Loader to collect curbside materials from residential buildings, businesses and other facilities, load and unload trucks, and maintain daily records. The role involves repetitive heavy lifting and working in all weather conditions, following company procedures and safety practices.

You should be punctual, reliable, a team player with a safety minded approach, and capable of reading and writing to record pickups.

Responsibilities

• Collect curbside materials from residential buildings, businesses and other facilities
• Loading and unloading recycle truck
• Maintain daily records of pick-ups
• Repetitive tasks including heavy lifting (55lbs/25 kgs)
• Observe safe work practices;
• Perform duties in all-weather conditions (hot, cold, rain or snow)
• Pick up refuse in other areas as required
• Dispose of curbside collections according to set policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties
