Job description

Our client is a startup consulting and outsourcing firm dedicated to providing practical, cost-effective solutions in Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Technology for small and medium-sized businesses. Their hands-on approach helps business owners overcome operational hurdles, empowering them to focus on growth.

Your new role
  1. Proactively identify and engage prospective clients, assessing their operational challenges and needs.
  2. Build and nurture meaningful relationships with entrepreneurs and small business owners.
  3. Use a consultative approach to sales, presenting tailored solutions without pushy or aggressive sales tactics.
  4. Independently generate and manage leads, and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
  5. Collaborate with the CEO in developing strategic marketing materials, sales presentations, and other collateral.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions using Zoho CRM and other sales prospecting tools.
  7. Achieve and exceed established performance metrics based on revenue generation and client retention.
  8. Regularly report to the CEO, providing strategic insights, progress updates, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
  1. Demonstrated experience and success in sales or business development, ideally within consulting or professional services.
  2. Solid understanding of business operations, human resources, and financial management practices to effectively engage clients.
  3. Experience working with small businesses and a strong appreciation for the entrepreneurial mindset.
  4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  6. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for local travel to client sites and occasional office meetings.
