Join to apply for the Customer Support & Success role at MioCommerce.

MioCommerce is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Customer Support & Success (CSS) leader to join our team. If you are a self-motivated and experienced Customer Support and/or Success professional comfortable with all stages of the customer lifecycle—including acquisition, onboarding, support, and after-sales—we'd love to hear from you.

As a CSS at MioCommerce, you will provide technical, usability, and post-onboarding sales support for our All-in-1 E-commerce platform, dedicated to helping Home Service SMBs sell their services online and automate their operations.

The CSS collaborates with Business Development and Digital Marketing teams to ensure rapid onboarding of new customers and assist them in launching and mastering platform features. You will also lead consultative upselling of additional services and features.

Working closely with the co-founders, you will help identify and implement customer retention and revenue growth strategies during the post-onboarding phase. Daily contact with customers will be via phone, Zoom, chat, and email.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent technical support and post-onboarding consultation for our clients.
  • Use troubleshooting techniques to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Document and track issues and resolutions using tools like Hubspot, Intercom, and Google Suite.
  • Create and follow procedures to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to enhance customer experience.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience with relevant tools knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who works well independently and in teams.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with WordPress or coding languages.
  • Knowledge of hardware, networking, or the Home Services industry.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Intercom, Slack, Jira, Loom.
  • Technical troubleshooting experience.
