Role Overview:

We are looking for a forward-thinking professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses the strategic mindset to support high-energy leaders while shaping company culture. We’re seeking a highly-skilled Executive Administrator who will partner with two of our senior leaders, helping them steer the firm as they navigate the fast-evolving world of venture capital. In this role, you will go beyond traditional administrative tasks like calendar management and office oversight, stepping into a position of influence that drives both our internal culture and external relationships.

What You Will Do:
  1. High-Level Executive Support - Manage complex schedules, prioritize incoming requests, and anticipate needs to enable two high-energy venture capitalists to focus on the big picture. Your role will ensure their day-to-day runs seamlessly.
  2. Culture Driver & Team Catalyst - At Inovia, culture is paramount. You’ll be a central figure in fostering an environment where ideas flourish, innovation thrives, and collaboration is key. You will act as a trusted voice within the team, contributing ideas to strengthen our culture and business.
  3. Internal & External Stakeholder Management - You'll lead special projects that impact both internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and streamlined execution across all parties. This includes managing relationships with portfolio founders, investors, and senior executives.
  4. Event Leadership - Take the lead on organizing and managing executive-level meetings, board gatherings, and company-wide events. You’ll ensure that each event reflects Inovia’s core mission and leaves a lasting impression on attendees.
  5. Problem Solving & Innovation - We value fresh perspectives. You’ll be expected to identify and solve complex challenges, finding more efficient, impactful ways to meet our business goals. We want you to bring your ideas to the table and collaborate in a supportive, high-energy environment.
  6. Business Understanding & Process Optimization - You’ll immerse yourself in the world of venture capital and technology, learning the nuances of the investment process so you can enhance our business operations.
