The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Account Manager based out of Moncton, Saint John, or Fredericton, NB, reporting to the Regional Sales Director. In this role, you will leverage our commitment to superior quality service to secure new customers and grow existing volume in our core service areas. This is a hunter role focused on achieving results in LTL, TL, Brokerage, and Courier services. Strong negotiating and relationship-building skills are essential for success.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Proficient in selling value-based solutions, organized, high energy, and a self-starter.
  • Bilingual – fluent in both English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation operations is an asset.
  • Ability to travel within the sales territory.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
  • Providing superior quality service to customers through every interaction.
  • Identify and secure new customers in your territory while growing the existing customer base.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and successfully close opportunities.
  • Develop and present transport solutions to customers, including pricing and corporate materials.
  • Plan and organize weekly call schedules to maximize territory growth and value.
  • Share marketplace intelligence with the sales team and actively contribute during team calls and events.
