Location: Various locations
Wage: $19 per hour

Hours: Full Time - Monday-Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

We are seeking someone with a positive and energetic personality! In this role, you are the first person our customers meet, and we want to ensure we provide everyone with a warm welcome and a bright smile.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and directing them to the appropriate department
• Receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers
• Greeting customers with a clear, friendly voice and professional demeanor
• Handling licensing paperwork
• Performing additional duties as assigned
• Preparing daily production reports and till balancing

What You Bring to the Table:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience with multi-line phone systems is an asset
• A valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Dealership experience is not required but considered an asset
