Concierge

The concierge provides superb customer service to all Holt Renfrew clients in an environment that meets the highest standards.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients by acting as their ambassador.
  • Assist clients with their online shopping experience, including processing purchases, in-store pick-up, and online returns.
  • Assist clients with profile requests while ensuring compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Support the sales floor by being POS super users.
  • Educate clients on our valet program and validation procedures.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the store layout and product locations.
  • Resolve standard customer service issues within policy to deliver an outstanding experience.
  • Respond to internal and external client inquiries and/or complaints within 24 hours.
  • Process gift cards for all internal and external clients.
  • Support the client services department as required.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of local community highlights and city events.
  • Assist with and participate in store events, including creating lists, collecting tickets, and managing RSVPs.
  • Respond promptly to all event-related inquiries.
The ideal candidate:
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Good working knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Measures of success:
  • Monthly one-on-one reviews
  • Random audits
  • Regular training updates
  • Introduction of new services
  • Event walkthroughs
  • Random checks

The hiring range is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and contributions. This range is the starting point; offers may vary based on experience, performance, and market conditions. We offer competitive pay, benefits, incentives, pension matching, and an employee discount.
