Job description

We are looking for a Lead Sales Agent to help expand our new client throughout the Southern California region. The Lead Sales Agent will be responsible for staying up to date on our client’s products and services in order to deliver informative, effective, and interactive presentations to qualified decision-makers. Our newest campaign is unlike any other. As the Lead Sales Agent, your ultimate goal is to conduct exciting presentations and generate new leads for our client.

Responsibilities:
  1. Learn existing sales systems for our client through leveled training and development with an assigned Sales Manager.
  2. Become familiar with our client’s professional services and various competitors to deliver the best results for customers.
  3. Work carefully throughout the planned series of steps for the customer, and organize a schedule to ensure a quick and efficient outcome.
  4. Identify sales opportunities to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance.
  5. Develop market and full customer appreciation for their respective assignments and project oversights.
  6. Demonstrate strong self-management capabilities and networking skills, preferably with top Sales Managers, and implement their strategies.
  7. Master client product knowledge, competition, and industry trends to become an outstanding representative for our client.
  8. Be well organized with effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  9. Travel locally throughout the region to meet customers at their appointments.
