Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and delivery of client and employee investment education and events.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of various education programs such as Investor Day and educational workshops.
• Source and manage external event services including virtual event producers and AV technicians.
• Develop project plans for events covering design, content development, and logistics.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting for events.
• Oversee RSVPs and attendance tracking.
• Lead the execution of client webcasts.
• Maintain a rolling 12-month education and events calendar.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to enhance client confidence and satisfaction.

Required Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate event planning.
• Experience in project planning, meeting and event design, event marketing, site management, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• University degree or College diploma in communications, public relations, or event management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Ability to assess and resolve project complications.
• Strong computing skills: Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and related applications.
• Preference for candidates with project management certifications (PMP or CAPM) and completion of the CFA Institute Investment Foundations Program or Canadian Securities Course.

Salary Range

CAD $77,000 to $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
