Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of telecom infrastructure: fiber optics, 5G, LTE, microwave, IP networks, SD-WAN.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with network architecture tools (e.g., Visio, NetCracker).
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems and network management platforms.
• Experience in telecom network deployment or operations.
• Background in program or project management roles.
• Experience managing large telecom projects (e.g., 5G rollouts, fiber deployments, data center upgrades).
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale network infrastructure programs across multiple business units.
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Monitor risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, network operations, finance, legal, sales) for alignment and support.
• Serve as the primary contact for program stakeholders, including vendors and customers.
• Work with network engineers to understand technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITU, IEEE, 3GPP) and company policies.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenditures, and allocate resources.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and provide financial forecasts.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
• Create executive presentations and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., FCC, GDPR).
• Promote continuous improvement and quality assurance in network projects.
