As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, including CRM implementations, IT infrastructure upgrades, and organizational change management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and executive sponsors.
• Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates on project progress and performance.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, including CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
