Our Professional Services team has an exciting opportunity for a driven individual, and we're looking for a Project Manager passionate about providing IT transformation and implementation services for our clients. It is mission-critical for the Project Manager to be a leader and a champion, acting as a conduit between senior management, key clients, and third-party vendors.

The Project Manager role is project-driven, supporting clients by acting as the first point of contact to ensure their organizational goals are met. Additionally, the Project Manager will monitor and control the scope of work, engagement team priorities, and project finances. There are also opportunities for global or regional travel, based on client locations.

This remote role welcomes candidates from anywhere in Canada or the US. It requires travel up to 50% within these regions; a valid passport or visa is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning, Scope Management, & PMO Improvements
2. Ensure project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope control exceed expectations.
3. Manage impact analysis, scope negotiations, and expectations of evolving project requirements.
4. Identify and assess business opportunities, processes, and workflows for PMO improvements.

1. Project Delivery & Critical Issue Resolution
2. Adhere to and refine the project schedule throughout all phases.
3. Understand project deliverables and contractual obligations.
4. Prioritize tasks based on project needs, obstacles, budgets, and deadlines.
5. Coordinate resolution of issues/delays to ensure timely delivery.
6. Maintain communication with clients and leadership regarding project updates and issues.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Effective scope, schedule, and budget management.

Preferred Experience:

• Managing CIS implementation projects.
• Experience in the Utility sector.
• Knowledge of CIS and ERP solutions.
• Experience working in a PMO environment.
