Job description

We are looking to grow our Sales team with an ambitious and energetic Territory Sales Representative, we are looking for someone that resides in the Quebec area who will help us expand our client base while maintaining existing customer base. Your objective is to work with existing customer involved in wholesale, hardware, lawn and garden and look for new customers in wholesale hardware, lawn and garden to grow within your territory. There will be some overnight stays in your area.

We service a wide variety of customers across all sectors of industry; therefore, the territory Sales Representative will work with a variety of different decision makers.

Main Responsibilities will include :

  • Calling on existing customers within the Quebec and surrounding area.
  • Working with wholesaler, hardware, retail stores, and Lawn and garden Centres.
  • Prospecting new customers weekly.
  • Prepare monthly sales call report and submit at the beginning of each month.
  • Attend monthly sales meeting via video conference call.
  • Present to each account monthly sales specials and new items.
  • Work with management to develop sales / marketing strategies and to penetrate new markets.
  • Meeting and exceeding month KPI’s & targets; and annual revenue target driven.

Essential Qualifications & Skills :

  • Energy and a can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of hardware, wholesale or lawn and garden would be an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a technical discipline.
  • Ambitious career prospects looking for growth within an organization
  • A passion for sales is a must.
  • Relationship building.
  • Preferred minimum 2 years experience
