Accerta is seeking a Regional Service Network Specialist for the East region to liaise with families and children’s services to provide accurate and timely information, supporting AccessOAP needs. The role emphasizes equity-based collaboration with providers and families across Ontario, working under the Regional Service Network Manager East.

The position is full-time, hybrid, with duties including mapping services, webinars, and community engagement, located from the Toronto area.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in the social services field.
• Knowledge of community resources for children and youth with special needs, especially autism.
• Experience with presentations and facilitating workshops/groups is an asset.
• Experience using MS Office and virtual communication platforms (Zoom/Teams).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with service providers across children’s service sectors to map existing services within local regions.
• Support families in accessing AccessOAP services with a family-centered approach.
• Complete tasks to ensure accurate service mapping and resources in designated region.
• Deliver webinars and/or in-person events to share information about AccessOAP processes and supports.
• Other duties as assigned.
