Responsibilities include assisting with earth excavation, operating basic tools, and maintaining a clean, well-organized work area while following supervisor directions. A strong safety mindset and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a laborer role (construction/excavation preferred).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures on construction sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of excavation tools and equipment is a plus.
