Job summary

Hoopla Donuts, a division of Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters, is seeking a reliable part-time team member for our Calgary commissary. Shifts start early between 3:00 a.m.

and 6:00 a.m., three days per week (Mon, Tue, Sun) with Sunday flexibility, and training outside regular hours. You will weigh ingredients, sheet and cut donuts, monitor dough temp, organize dough, label dry mixes, and keep the area clean.

Qualifications

• Dependable and organized with a willingness to learn.
• Flexible around Sunday shifts and training period.
• Reliable transportation for early-morning shifts.
• No prior baking required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Weigh ingredients and mix dough according to recipes.
• Sheet and cut donuts to required weights, thicknesses, shapes.
• Monitor dough temperature, resting times, and consistency.
• Organize and store prepared dough per procedures.
• Scale and label dry mixes for next day’s production.
• Keep work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and organized.
• Communicate any dough/ingredient/equipment concerns to the production lead.
