Hoopla Donuts, a division of Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters, is seeking a reliable part-time team member for our Calgary commissary. Shifts start early between 3:00 a.m.
and 6:00 a.m., three days per week (Mon, Tue, Sun) with Sunday flexibility, and training outside regular hours. You will weigh ingredients, sheet and cut donuts, monitor dough temp, organize dough, label dry mixes, and keep the area clean.

Great donuts start with great dough. If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in getting the details right, and want to develop your baking skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday, with flexibility around Sunday. Start times fall between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and will be agreed upon with you. Shifts generally run 5-8 hours, depending on production needs and the time required to complete the day’s work.

Training will take place on days outside the regular work schedule, so additional availability will be required during the training period.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and willing to learn. You should be comfortable following established procedures, working efficiently, and contributing to a supportive team. Reliable transportation for early morning shifts is essential, along with availability for statutory holidays when scheduled.
Baking or dough production experience is an asset, but it is not required. We value a positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
