Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective in Banff is seeking a Production Cook to join our multi-concept venue family. Shifts start at 5:00 am, with a focus on dough production for pizza and pasta, while maintaining a clean, organized production kitchen and training new team members as needed.

We offer summer earnings up to 30.50 CAD per hour (effective wage 19.00–23.50 CAD plus tips), plus a Summer Bonus of 2.00 CAD/hour through Sept 9, 2026, staff housing, growth opportunities, and benefits after 6

Qualifications

• Experience in dough or bakery production is a strong asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand during shifts.
• Flexible schedule; early morning shifts starting at 5:00 am.
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough according to established standards.
• Prepare pasta dough for production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production kitchen.
• Package and deliver dough products to venues as scheduled.
