Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking a Production Cook to join our multi-concept venues in downtown Banff. You’ll dough prep, bake, and contribute to a fast-paced production kitchen while upholding our high standards.

Shifts start at 5:00 am. Wage starts at $19.00/hr with seasonally higher pay up to $30.50/hr plus average tips, plus a summer bonus of $2.00/hr until Sept 9, 2026. Staff housing and benefits after 6 months are available.
