YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to work with preschoolers at Unicity & West Area in Winnipeg. This full-time on-site role focuses on creating safe, engaging learning experiences for young children.

You’ll be required to hold Manitoba ECE Level 2 or 3 or be enrolled as a Child Care Assistant in Training, bring First Aid/CPR C, and pass Police Record Checks. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have Manitoba ECE Level 2 or 3 or be enrolled in an ECE program (proof of enrollment required).
• Experience with pre-school or school-aged children preferred.
• Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification required.
• Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to complete written documentation.
