  • Attend and represent Strike at career fairs and industry events.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and report on key trends.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Draft and update job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring teams.

  • Assist with onboarding, including documentation and pre-employment requirements (e.g., certifications, safety tickets).
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, vacation, and HR policies.
  • Support HR initiatives, projects, and program development (e.g., onboarding materials, policy updates).
  • Create internal resumes for use in project bids and proposals.
  • Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS.
  • Support policy and procedure writing, file maintenance, and other general HR administrative tasks.
  • Stay current on HR trends, employment legislation, and best practices.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
  • Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
