Overview :

Mitel is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our sales team in Canada. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.

Please note this position requires language skills for global operations. Successful candidates must be bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct direct sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Canadian market
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through virtual meetings and face-to-face interactions
4. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
5. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies
6. Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
7. Deliver forecasts to leadership and maintain Salesforce hygiene
8. Navigate Mitel systems for support and collaboration
9. Understand and position Mitel solutions and roadmap
10. Leverage sales methodologies such as MEDPICC or Richardson

Requirements :

1. Bi-lingual in French and English
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3. 3+ years of proven experience in direct sales, preferably in telecommunications or related technologies in Canada
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
6. Self-motivated and results-driven
7. Willingness to travel within Canada
