Schedule: Weekdays Monday-Friday

We’re a small, close-knit veterinary practice that loves our patients like family and takes pride in building strong relationships with our clients. At Baywood Animal Hospital, we focus on compassionate care, honest communication, and making both pets and people feel welcome.

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our clinic. If you’re someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and can keep calm when things get a little busy, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting clients and their pets with a smile (and maybe a treat)
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and helping with questions
• Checking patients in and out, taking payments, and going over invoices
• Updating client and patient records using our software (Avimark)
• Working closely with our vets and techs to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Keeping the front desk tidy and organized
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with great people skills who’s kind, patient, and a good listener
• Organized and able to multitask, especially when it’s a busy day
• Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
• A true animal lover who understands that pets are family
