What You'll Do

You'll contribute to various store functions such as Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction in collaboration with management.
• Training and developing associates in merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and maintaining visual standards.
• Creating inspirational displays to influence sales and trends, aligning with the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies.

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you'll have:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
