An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Operations Director to lead strategic business development and enhance operational efficiency. This pivotal role involves collaborating with the Executive Director and Board to align operations with the organization's strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, fundraising, and team leadership, ensuring the sustainability and growth of the organization. The Operations Director will play a critical role in shaping the future of the NCRA/ANREC by driving business development initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and overseeing key projects and contributing to financial strategies. The Operations Director will work closely with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to align the operational execution of the NCRA with its strategic plan, ensuring sustainable growth and achieving its mission through its vision and values.

Position Type: Full-time, 1-year contract potential for extension.
Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 / year (depending on experience).
Location: Anywhere in Canada (remote).
Reports to: Executive Director & NCRA/ANREC Board of Directors.
