Furnaceguys is looking for energetic, motivated, and career-minded HVAC Lead Installers & Service Technicians. Your responsibility will be performing onsite installation and service of HVAC systems and equipment.

What You Will Do

As a Furnaceguys HVAC Technician, you will master your trade and always provide excellent customer service by advising customers on suitable services or treatments.

• Ensure HVAC equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal standards.
• Follow all Energy Star installation and service procedures.
• Educate customers on proper care, maintenance, and HVAC options.
• Conduct general and specific HVAC equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked vehicle.
• Explain the benefits of newer, highly efficient equipment to customers.
• Promote products and services during each visit.
• Never sell unnecessary repairs to customers.
• Provide a five-star experience on every call, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Request online reviews from satisfied customers.

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years recent HVAC installation or service experience, including furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, and water heaters (including tankless).
• Strong technical and customer service skills with a proven track record.
• Gas Technician license required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
• Responsible, accountable, with a positive attitude and high customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team to complete HVAC installation and commissioning.
• Excellent customer service skills.
