WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the regional sales manager, you will ensure the store runs smoothly and your team provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include meeting objectives, maintaining standards for customer service, sales, operations, and visual presentation. You will also recruit, train, and motivate staff using development and evaluation tools.

SALES :

  • Optimize store performance and profitability;
  • Train staff in customer service and sales techniques;
  • Analyze sales results and implement solutions to increase sales;
  • Schedule staff based on performance and traffic;
  • Set and share sales goals with your team;
  • Report store activities to regional management.

HUMAN RESOURCES :

  • Create a positive work environment fostering excellence and pride;
  • Promote the company's vision, mission, and culture;
  • Lead by example and motivate your team;
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff;
  • Manage work schedules and absences;
  • Conduct performance reviews;
  • Handle labor disputes and disciplinary actions per policies and law.

MARKETING AND VISUAL PRESENTATION :

  • Know your products and features thoroughly;
  • Create an attractive store environment based on planograms;
  • Monitor competitors' activities;
  • Build customer loyalty and relationships;
  • Improve inventory management;
  • Plan orders and visual displays;
  • Maintain store cleanliness and collaborate with mall administration.

ADMINISTRATION :

  • Analyze reports to improve productivity and sales;
  • Open and close the store with management support;
  • Manage expenses effectively;
  • Collaborate with head office on projects;
  • Follow policies and procedures;
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
