  • Know the products and services offered
  • Understand the IT Service Offerings and Infrastructure products and services
  • Know the operation of the products and services offered
  • Develop needs for all products and services offered
  • Identify the competitive differentiators of the products and services offered
  • Build your own book of business
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene for opportunities and forecasting
  • Drive new customer revenue growth
  • Prepare prospecting and submission documents for existing and potential customers
  • Design presentation materials (Proposals, analysis, comparisons, spreadsheets, reports)
  • Solicit new clients and engage in prospecting activities
  • Develop strategies when initial outreach does not result in meetings
  • Engage in needs development activities with prospects and offer recommendations
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects
  • Qualify profitable business opportunities through commercial activities
  • Follow-up strategically according to the purchasing cycle
  • Influence customer purchasing criteria
  • Manage objections and obstacles effectively
  • Negotiate profitable agreements
  • Participate in training to stay updated on solutions and products

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French
  • Good knowledge of English for communication with clients and staff in other provinces and the US
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in the IT industry and/or manufacturing (asset)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Special Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Office suite
  • Motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
