Reporting to the Director of Sales North America, the Account Executive's main responsibilities are :

  • Increase revenue by maintaining current business relationships with Specialty Stores – Gain market share for our lingerie and swimwear collections.
  • Frequent travels up to 50% to present new collections to Specialty Stores, conduct product knowledge sessions and trunk shows, participate in trade shows, participate in national sales meetings, and visit potential new customers.
  • Generate new business by prospecting, referrals, networking, researching, conducting trunk shows, attending trade shows, setting up appointments, and visiting potential new customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales plan set by Sales Director for assigned territory and key focus accounts.
  • Analyze the marketplace to understand the competitive landscape and identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and conduct product knowledge sessions with specialty store clients.
  • Identify customer needs and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and ensure timely fulfillment of orders by working closely with the customer service team.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • Must have +2 years selling experience, ideally in Designer lingerie and / or swimwear.
  • Numbers oriented to provide weekly status on projections and goals.
  • Positive attitude towards life and work.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Product and aesthetic oriented to present collections in a special and charismatic manner.
  • Great attention to detail in work environment, product presentation, follow-up, and customer service.
  • Will have joy collaborating in a team environment.
  • Full proficiency in computer skills, inventory management, Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
  • English, full professional proficiency speaking and writing.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a car.
