TSINY is seeking Maintenance Workers for Residential and Out-Patient Positions in the New York City Area (Queens & Bronx).
Maintenance Staff Salary: $20.90 Per Hour
Must possess a Valid Driver's License.
Position Summary
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing diverse duties including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of facilities and equipment, adhering to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems to support the sites' goals and objectives.
Essential Functions
Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent, relevant experience, ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and a valid New York State Driver's License with a safe driving record.
