About the role :
We’re seeking a full-time, permanent Operations Manager to join our HearCANADA Retail Central Ontario team! This position supports the operations of our Central Ontario HearCANADA clinics, covering the GTA from Burlington to Durham Region, Barrie, Muskoka, and Peterborough Kawarthas. Travel within the territory to support clinical teams onsite will be expected.
Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director, you will bring multi-site operations experience from retail or clinical settings (experience in both retail + healthcare is a strong asset!) to our team. You should have an analytical and methodical approach, with experience empowering teams to exceed KPIs and targets, while providing support and data-driven recommendations.
This hybrid role is based in the Greater Toronto Area (or within commuting distance). Frequent travel (~60%) throughout the territory is required, and access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license are mandatory.
