As a Regional Fixed Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize our regional locations. Your responsibilities include managing service departments, leading a team of dedicated employees to deliver top-notch service, and building relationships while traveling to various locations.

Compensation: Up to $100,000 per year

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage profit and financial statements of departments, including expenses and revenue, to ensure profitability.
  2. Develop and maintain a culture valuing excellent customer service through training, supervision, coaching, and talent management.
  3. Review and implement Service Centre policies and procedures to improve customer experience and rapport building.
  4. Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain customers.
  5. Maintain warranty platforms and understand parts pricing procedures.
  6. Order parts following company and OEM guidelines.
  7. Establish and maintain good relationships with wholesale customers.
  8. Resolve customer and employee complaints professionally and effectively.
  9. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and workplace regulations.
  10. Oversee multiple Service and Parts departments, ensuring proper staffing and coverage.
  11. Maintain an active parts and accessories inventory, minimizing obsolescence and improving turnover.
  12. Grow external parts and accessories sales, including wholesale accounts.
  13. Ensure compliance with company and OEM policies, maintaining accurate warranty and merchandising areas.
  14. Ensure high customer satisfaction and report non-compliance issues promptly.
  15. Manage cash, credit/debit receipts, and the PBS system accurately.
  16. Perform physical inventory counts as required.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

  1. 12th Grade Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years of Service Manager experience in the automotive industry.
  3. G Driver's license and a clean driving record.
  4. Strong understanding of automotive parts.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  6. Ability to adapt to changing environments and meet deadlines.
  7. Technically savvy; experience with PBS software is an asset.
  8. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  9. Willingness to be flexible with work schedules and travel regularly.
