Position

We are looking to hire a dynamic Account Executive. You will work directly with our founder and lead our business generation efforts for both U-Rite's investment and underwriting services, as well as U-Rite’s core software.

You Will :

  1. Lead new business generation and full-cycle sales process, from targeting clients, identifying solutions, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating deals, and closing new business.
  2. Research prospective clients and understand their needs.
  3. Manage your pipeline, develop a business plan, and map accounts.
  4. Develop, grow, and maintain the relationship between U-Rite and its clients, with a focus on retention and growth.
  5. Provide standard sales metrics including forecasting, pipeline, funnel, engagement, and other reports as necessary in a timely manner.

Skills and Knowledge :

  1. 3-5 years experience working in a team environment with sales, business, technical, and product teams.
  2. Ability to drive sales through complex organizational structures and multiple decision-makers.
  3. Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
  4. Ability to communicate at an executive level to lead and manage several projects with cross-functional stakeholders while demonstrating tremendous attention to detail.
  5. Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
  6. Experience in real estate or corporate finance is a bonus.
