Your Tasks at a Glance

• Prepare medical equipment requisitions for surgical procedures.
• Verify and rotate inventory, monitor expiration dates.
• Receive and store medical equipment, maintaining accurate inventory, and meticulously counting, verifying, and updating stocks.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the center director.
• Work comfortably on your feet.
• Pay close attention to details, working with precision and accuracy.
• Cross-train as a Receptionist after initial training.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers, team members, and other departments.
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or errors quickly.
• Organizational, collaborative, and autonomous skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.
• Comfort with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365; knowledge of EMR systems is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (advanced intermediate French required).
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, with flexibility for monthly inventory audits.
