4. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Enterprise Scale; strong focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes.
5. Proven leadership in enterprise digital architecture, including industry-specific platforms and multi-speed IT delivery.
6. Experience in solution pre-sales, architecture, and project delivery, including leading consultants and teams.
7. Familiarity with agile practices and delivering results within Scrum projects.
8. Team-oriented, communicative, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellence as a trusted technical advisor.
9. Experience leading Azure solution implementations, utilizing the full Azure platform with IaaS and PaaS, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
10. Ability to shape solutions end-to-end for Cloud Transformation, including estimation, planning, and scope of work (SOW).
11. Collaborate with Sales to tailor solutions for large enterprise clients, aligning with their IT and business strategies.
12. Educate clients on cloud practices such as DevOps, PaaS, containers, Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, migration, and modernization.
13. Create value propositions addressing clients’ business challenges through migration to Microsoft cloud platforms.
