As a Principal Solutions Consultant, you will join our international Customer Lifecycle Management Practice, composed of skilled professionals dedicated to implementing and supporting Enterprise Marketing Technology solutions (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, SAS CI360, SAS ID, Bloomreach). We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect / Principal Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering Marketing Cloud implementations and a passion for driving client success.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other MarTech solutions implementation, adoption, and enhancement projects
Conducting business analysis on marketing activities, gathering requirements, writing solution design documents and statements of work
Supporting our clients in designing, implementing, and launching Customer Journeys using MarTech solutions
Designing, implementing, and optimizing data marts for marketing purposes, including Salesforce Data Cloud implementation
Design and/or build integrations between MarTech platforms and 3rd party applications or data sources
Project & Team Management:
Participating in planning sessions, sprints, and standup meetings
Leading project team to deliver the best solutions
Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Creating and refining project documentation
Participating and leading Pre-Sale activities, incl. conferences, meetups if there is a project need
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to drive innovation
5+ years of experience working hands-on in multi-channel marketing hub implementation and adoption projects. Technologies: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory), Salesforce Data Cloud (preferable), SFDC (advantage), SAS Marketing Automation, RTDM, CI360, Intelligent Decisioning, Bloomreach, Braze
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
Experience in leading implementation projects, including leading a team of Analysts / Consultants
Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys and associated data models
Good SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries
Ability to efficiently collect and analyze requirements by:
Reviewing and interpreting documentation related to existing systems and workflows.
Conducting interviews and workshops with the clients
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
Attention to detail coupled with the ability to quickly learn, assess, and evaluate new processes and procedures
Readiness for business trips
Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2)
