Job description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join a prestigious hospitality team in North County Dublin, where luxury meets coastal charm. This is a unique opportunity to lead the marketing and PR strategy for a renowned four-star hotel, ensuring the brand maintains its premium positioning while achieving key commercial targets.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll drive brand awareness, elevate guest experiences, and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders. You'll oversee digital and traditional marketing channels, manage agency relationships, and play a pivotal role in shaping our public presence in the luxury hospitality market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the hotel’s marketing and PR strategy, aligned with brand and revenue goals.
  • Manage website and OTA content to ensure accuracy and consistency with luxury brand standards.
  • Lead marketing campaigns to grow awareness in the 4-star premium segment.
  • Build and maintain partnerships that enhance the hotel’s profile in the local and international markets.
  • Oversee content creation (photo/video), social media, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Sales, F&B, Spa, and Events teams to support promotions and drive bookings.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Support internal communication to ensure brand alignment across all departments.
