Associate Manager, Integrations Strategy & Operations (Provider Incentivization)

About the Team

On the Merchant Strategy & Operations team, our mission is to have best-in-class selection, build modern services for our merchants to grow their business, and help our partners operate. Our Partner Integrations team works with our Merchants to integrate their tech stack with DoorDash, such as integrating with the merchant's systems to improve operational efficiency and order quality. The team has grown significantly, evolving from serving only US restaurants to providing an integrations platform across multiple markets and industries globally.

About the Role

As the Associate Manager of Partner Integrations, you will shape the future of our integrations experience for Provider Incentivization. This involves understanding our business landscape, market intelligence, and merchant experience, then translating this into a growth strategy that improves the Merchant experience through higher quality integrations. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, gain buy-in, and oversee end-to-end go-to-market plans. This role reports to the Head of Restaurant Partner Integrations within our Merchant Strategy & Operations team. It is expected to be a hybrid role with some in-office presence.

  • Lead impactful, cross-functional initiatives: Drive efficiency improvements and enhance the Merchant experience while reducing operational costs.
  • Champion the Integrated Merchant Experience: Act as an advocate for the integrated merchant experience, connecting the partner integrations team with key internal stakeholders.
