About the Team
On the Merchant Strategy & Operations team, our mission is to have best-in-class selection, build modern services for our merchants to grow their business, and help our partners operate. Our Partner Integrations team collaborates with Merchants to integrate their tech stacks with DoorDash, improving operational efficiency and order quality. The team has expanded from serving US restaurants to providing an integrations platform across various markets globally.
About the Role
As the Associate Manager of Partner Integrations, you will shape the future of our integrations experience for Provider Incentivization. This includes understanding our business landscape, market intelligence, and merchant experience, then translating this into growth strategies that enhance the Merchant experience through high-quality integrations. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, gain buy-in, and manage end-to-end go-to-market efforts. This role reports to the Head of Restaurant Partner Integrations within our Merchant Strategy & Operations team. It is expected to be a hybrid role with some in-office presence.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
Experience creating and implementing strategies
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and SQL
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
