Job description

Ten Print Co. is a full-service digital and offset printing company, based in Langley, BC, specializing in bulk printing, book and booklet printing, and custom marketing materials. We help small to medium-sized businesses bring their brands to life with high-quality design, print, and finishing solutions. Focused on quality, creativity, and service, we’re growing quickly and are excited to expand our sales territory.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Executive to expand our customer base in British Columbia and build a book of business. This role is ideal for an individual looking for a professional part-time role, who has an entrepreneurial spirit, sales experience, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Visit and contact potential clients to identify / develop new sales opportunities among small-to-medium-sized business customers in targeted industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their print needs and identifying repeat order prospects
  • Collaborate with operations and internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  • Discuss client requirements with the operations director and connect the client for quoting and closing of a sale
  • Escalate customer concerns / issues and collaborate to resolve the same
  • Follow-up project delivery & outstanding payments
  • Update monthly report of converted clients
  • Assist with receiving, clearing, quality checks, and delivery of orders when required

Qualifications & Preferred Skills :

  • 2+ years prior sales experience within Canada required
  • Prior B2B sales experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
  • Must be fluent in English
