Vancouver International Airport is seeking a Manager, Contracts to lead contract management efforts. The role involves developing management plans, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with various teams. Are you a seasoned leader with extensive expertise in contract management, capable of guiding every phase from planning to execution? Do you have proven experience collaborating effectively with third-party service providers and understanding how their performance aligns with our broader service delivery goals?
We offer a permanent, full-time opportunity for a Manager, Contracts. Reporting to the Director of Operational Strategy & Reporting, the successful candidate will develop and implement Contract Management Plans for YVR Operations, establish key performance indicators, develop protocols to mitigate risks, and address concerns. This role will also lead the team responsible for service level reporting, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives, while managing supplier relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and monitoring financial and operational performance.
This position is open to both Airport Authority employees and external applicants. Previous job performance will be considered for internal candidates applying for this role.
