About the Role
The Executive Coordinator is responsible for supporting the strategic and operational functions of the Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue's New Economy Canada project. This position ensures the seamless execution of daily activities and long-term initiatives by providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support. This role is also responsible for managing the project lead's schedule and priorities, facilitating project operations, overseeing financial management, and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders. Additionally, this role acts as the first point of contact for financial matters, developing procurement contracts, and drafting funder updates and supporting grant proposals. This position is integral to the success of the New Economy Canada project, providing administrative and project support in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline with three years of experience in consulting, public policy, community engagement, fundraising, project management, communications, or similar fields, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, professional certifications and experience.
