Cohere seeks a talented and strategic leader to join as the Senior Manager of Performance Content. In this role, you will develop and execute a content strategy that positions Cohere as the premier Secure AI solution for businesses, focusing on generating sales leads, fueling pipeline, and accelerating revenue. Your content will target C-level executives and decision-makers at Global 2000 companies, influencing their understanding and adoption of Cohere's innovative AI technologies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Web, Analytics, and Sales teams to create compelling content for our key industry verticals. The ideal candidate combines creativity, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful content that engages target audiences and drives measurable outcomes.

As our Senior Manager of Performance Content, your responsibilities include:

Content Strategy And Creation

• Build a comprehensive global content strategy aligned with Cohere's business goals, targeting C-levels and decision makers at Global 2000 companies.
• Create compelling content such as blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, infographics, and more.
• Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligns with Cohere's brand voice and tone.
• Develop content supporting customers at every stage, including product education, guides, webinars, and best practices.

Leadership And Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead and mentor content creators, ensuring high-quality output.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Web, Analytics, and Sales teams to align content with product messaging, web, and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the Events team to create engaging webinar and event content, working with subject matter experts to showcase Cohere's capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative environment, supporting demand generation, marketing, and sales goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep Cohere at the forefront of Secure AI.

Driving Accountability And Business Growth

• Develop frameworks to measure content impact on pipeline creation.
• Use data and analytics to assess campaign performance, optimize strategies, and inform editorial decisions.
• Track and analyze content performance weekly, framing ROI in terms of deal flow and revenue.
• Iterate content strategies to maximize impact on business goals.
• Identify areas for improvement across channels and optimize future content.

This role may be a good fit if you have:
