We are seeing a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a key client’s digital transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on role for a BI expert who can bridge technical and business needs, deliver data-driven insights, and guide solution delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Present complex data insights clearly to various business stakeholders
• Guide business units through the full lifecycle of solution development
• Design and implement data and analytics solutions supporting digital transformation
• Apply architectural best practices to ensure data integrity and system efficiency
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout projects

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience (within the last 15 years) in Business Intelligence or related roles, working with modern data management principles
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or 10+ years of equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

• Strong SQL skills: data extraction, optimization, and scripting
• Expert in Power BI, including Power Query & DAX
• Experience with Power BI Service, Azure, and Databricks
• Familiar with Lakehouse architecture and Delta format
• Skilled in reporting integration, data visualization, and legacy system transformation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Understanding of Star Schema, data governance, and compliance standards (e.g., PIPEDA)
