Role : Program Coordinator

Location : Remote

Time Zone : PST (Our client prefers candidates in British Columbia)

Experience Level : 5+ years

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage end-to-end product development projects
2. Organize, schedule, and facilitate meetings
3. Develop and maintain project schedules; track and report on progress
4. Draft clear and concise communications
5. Create and manage documentation using Wiki platforms
6. Identify, monitor, and resolve project issues
7. Maintain up-to-date and accessible project tracking resources

Qualifications :

• Exceptional written communication skills
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in a team of UX/UI Designers
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage projects or programs independently
• Experience working across multiple teams and juggling various priorities
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and scheduling tools
• Experience with Airtable and Wiki platforms is a plus
• Comfortable multitasking and shifting contexts quickly
• Must be located in or willing to work in the Pacific Time Zone
