What you'll do :

The Senior Developer is a key member of our collaborative and innovative IT team. You will lead complex software projects, design advanced solutions, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise will drive top-quality development while ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. Alongside the Tech Lead, you will promote innovative approaches at every stage of our IT processes.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Design efficient, scalable solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
• Coach and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and team growth.
• Work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application performance and user experience.
• Participate in all phases of the application development cycle, from design to deployment and support.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, system improvements, and process enhancements.

Minimum requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience with the required technology stacks.
• Strong experience with backend databases (PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, MS SQL).
• Proficiency with GIT.
• Experience working with Scrum / Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud services environments (e.g., AWS).
• Experience with React and Terraform frameworks.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools (MS Code, Dev Studio, Cursor, WindSurf).
• Understanding of CI / CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in coding.
