Remote Work be considered? This is a hybrid working model with team members working either partially or completely remotely depending on specific circumstances. At times, there may be a requirement for a limited period of in-person work at the office located in downtown Halifax
Responsibilities
- Process Model revisions; and or creation of new S/4 HANA Process Models.
- Creation or revision of relevant legacy system Process Models.
- Analyzes as-is processes (if required) and interfaces to Client process gaps, identify functional interdependencies, derive improvement potentials, and frame any problems.
- Participate in Business Process Transformation (BPT) team meetings and other team meetings as required.
- Support Business Leads in Change Control Board documentation.
- Supports the Business Leads and Specialists to ensure Project documentation is updated to support Sustainment post Go-Live.
- Keeps abreast of SAP trends and innovations for their respective process areas or functional areas that might impact deployment.
Mandatory Skill set and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery and/or a minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst.
- Experience working in an agile IT project environment.
- Good knowledge of Business Process Modelling Notation and standards.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite of products Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Desirable Skill set and Experience
- SAP project delivery.
- S/4HANA certifications in one or more Functional Areas and/or technologies.
- SAP Architectural experience.
- Knowledge of integration points in the SAP ecosystem.
- Good knowledge of the difference between ECC to S/4 HANA system process modelling.
- Knowledge of 3 or more (Finance, Funds Management, Procurement/Ariba, Inventory Management, Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset management, GRC.).
- Knowledge of process management in Solution Manager.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the following methodologies: project management, scrum, lean six sigma, change management (PROSCI).
