Job description

Our Client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support new and existing software. The successful candidate will: develop detailed user stories and business requirements documentation; educate business stakeholders and clients regarding system changes and introduction of new features; liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of their system and business needs; troubleshooting production issues.

This role is remote within Alberta (preferably in Edmonton area). Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

• Experience executing SQL queries.

• Team Foundation Server (TFS).

• Agile Methodology with Scrum experience is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of best practice, methods, and standards for software development.

• Experience working with Web Applications.

• 5-7 years of experience as a BSA.

• Works independently with minimal supervision.
