Data Analytics Specialist with Government Data experience

12 month contract (with 12-month extension) - REMOTE

Qualifications and Experience:

1. 6+ years of experience in using statistical and computer languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
2. 6+ years of experience in developing analytical and quantitative models.
3. 3+ years of experience working with large government datasets.
4. 6+ years of experience involving data science, data engineering, and/or AI projects.
5. 6 years of experience in data preparation for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
6. 6+ years of understanding various data analytics and data science methods, including complex statistical modeling.
7. 6+ years of experience with statistical and data mining techniques to solve key business issues.
8. 5+ years of knowledge in data sharing, data-linkage, de-identification, metadata, data quality, ethics, synthetic data, and promoting government data use.
9. 5 years of experience integrating raw data from diverse sources across domains.
10. 3+ years of experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake).
11. 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining data pipelines, analytics workflows, or data product workflows.
