Job Description:

The Senior Consultant, Analysis & Insights role is designed for experienced professionals in digital analysis or digital business intelligence who are seeking to develop their analytical skills further. Key growth areas include data visualization, clickstream analysis, testing strategies, optimization, and project leadership with teams of analysts. You are a natural problem solver and quick learner. You enjoy working with data as a puzzle to be solved. You persist in finding meaningful insights and can distinguish signal from noise. You also excel at communicating data-driven stories to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will collaborate with industry leaders and top-tier clients and report to the Manager, Insights & Analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of business analysis focusing on performance optimization
• At least 3 years of experience with digital analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• 2-3 years working in a professional services organization (e.g., advertising, media, management consultancy)
• At least 3 years of experience presenting analysis and insights to stakeholders or clients
• Ability to develop strategic data collection and usage approaches aligned with client goals
• Ownership of client relationships and project leadership from initiation to completion
• Experience setting up data infrastructure on websites or media platforms and using debugging tools
• Proficiency in creating visualizations using dashboards or data visualization tools
• Strong storytelling skills with data, tailored to client needs
• Mentorship experience for junior team members
• Guidance to ensure project alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000, based on experience and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, among others.
